Black Sesame Milk


    What You’ll Need:

    • 3/4 cup Black Sesame Seeds
    • 4 cups filtered water
    • 1-3 tsp Yacon Syrup
    • pinch of pink salt

              Dairy Free - Refined Sugar Free

              • Prep Time: 5 minutes
              • Chill Time: 1 hour

                Preparation:

                1. Soak 3/4 cup black sesame seeds in warm water for about 30 mins.⁠
                2. Strain and rinse well and then add it to your blender along with 4 cups of water, 2 pinches of pink salt, a tsp or two of yacon syrup - depending on how sweet you like it and a splash of vanilla extract.⁠
                3. Blend on high for a minute or two and then strain into a large jug. Can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days.⁠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
